Each apartment offers walk-in showers, grab bars, accessible doorways, and monitored emergency call buttons. The building has secured entrances, elevator, laundry room, fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems.
Residents have a wide variety of activites offered each month to choose from. Monthly potlucks, birthday parties, Bible studies, games night, entertainment and holiday parties are just a few of the happenings each month. Disciple Place Village's van is available to provide transportation for scheduled shopping, dining out, and recreational activities for a small fee.
A Service Coordinator is on staff to assist residents with insurance, Medicare or Medicaid issues. Additionally, she can assist residents in finding community services they qualify for to help maintain an independent lifestyle.
